Call of Duty Four is so fucking awesome. How awesome is it you ask? About as awesome as an episode of Laverne and Shirley. Yeah I know, hard to wrap your mind around.

This is where we shine the spotlight on an FNG or ST2 member.
This week:
*FNG*Dedwisper
If you'll remember previously I tried to tell a story about Dedwisper but ran into some legal trouble. We'll Ded's Lawyer and I have come to an agreement on an acceptable, 100% true, story about Dedwisper
Well known about Dedwisper is that he is a prize winning arborist and tenured professor at the University of Michigan. In fact his name, which sounds pretty bad ass is actually an acronym of the title of his widely lauded book Dutch Elm Disease - Where It Starts, Prevention and Elm Remedies. A very popular book both in the academic arena as well as among the general tree loving public.
Not long after his book was published Dedwisper was asked by The International Society of Arboriculture to do a bunch of talks to interested groups all over the northern hemisphere. Something grim happened on one such trip.
He was speaking in Warsaw and he decided to bring his daughter on the trip (it was his weekend to have her) so she could see a bit of the world. He finished his obligations and had a couple days to spend with his Daughter sightseeing. They got some ice cream and walked through the sight of the Warsaw Ghetto. Then spent some time in Łazienki Park looking at the trees of course. Then finally they witnessed the violent murder of a shop owner.
See what happened was that Ded and his daughter were in a shop looking for souvenirs when these two men came into the shop and one of them was waving a gun and yelling in Polack. The thugs led everyone into a back room where the thugs yelled at the shop owner some more all the while the shop owner pleading. (Fuck I wish I spoke Polish so I could tell you what they were saying.)
Anyways what happened next was shocking: The thug with the gun shot the shop owner in mid sentence, right there in front of Ded and his daughter. Well Dedwisper leapt on the man like a fucking jungle cat, grabbing the mans hand holding the gun and wheeling him around Ded was able to squeeze a round off into the other thug, dropping him. He then slammed the guy he had a hold of into a wall, knocking the gun out of his hand. They both ended up on the ground wrestling with each other. How it ended up was Ded on top of the guy. Both of them with their hand at each others throats.
Well Dedwisper has the hands of a lumberjack so it was no contest. And they all lived happily ever after. Except for the three dead Poles in the back room of that shop. And probably their families but they're not American so who cares.
